James Subden
JAMES SUBDEN
James joined the family business in 2007 having spent 6 years working as a mortgage broker, both on the high street, with a large bank and latterly within an estate agency practice. This gives him an excellent understanding of the home sales and purchasing transaction. He has subsequently taken additional examinations and is now qualified to FPC 1, 2, and 3, CeMap, DipFa and Equity Release as well as foundation in General Insurance. James lives in Sheffield and spends his weekends playing hockey for Sheffield Hallam, running and commiserating with other Sheffield United fans.

We are based in the beautiful, historic town of Epworth, situated between Scunthorpe and Doncaster in North Lincolnshire. Epworth is noted for its historical connections as the birthplace of John and Charles Wesley, indeed our offices are situated within the ‘Old Temperance Hall’.
